Her classes weave together a variety of yoga styles and include breath-initiated movement, attention to body alignment and the linking together of postures into sequences to help support awareness of present moment experience.Martha has been a presenter at numerous community workshops and has taught yoga at Washtenaw Community College, the University of Michigan, and University Hospital. She is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
