Julie Woodward, teaches Yoga for Stress Reduction this term.
Background: Julie participated in a professional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction in Mind-Body Medicine in 2003 and completed certification as a level 2 practitioner of Life Force Yoga (R) for Depression and Anxiety in 2011. Julie brings 28 years of experience as a social worker, psychotherapist and health educator to the mat.
A yoga student for 20 years, Julie has been studying yoga at Inward Bound since 2004. Julie is grateful to be a part of the community of students and teachers at Inward Bound and thanks teachers Lynette Smith and Martha Laatsch, especially, for sharing the example of their yoga practices and for their friendship.
