POSTURE BY POSTURE

Posture by posture, we’ll relearn and observe our alignment through attention to anatomy and breath, gaining perspective from the inside out.  Modifications for individual needs will be encouraged.  We will often move through sequences of poses to enjoy our bodies’ flow, in sync with breathing.  All class sessions will include support for deepening relaxation.

This class is appropriate for all levels.
