Asana to Savasana

Lynette and Sandy are collaborating to offer a class of movement to stillness. The format will include warm-up asanas, breath focus, and restorative practice, using props to ease into comfort and encourage the quieting of mind, body, and nervous system. Asana to Savasana is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience, from beginning to advanced.  Register early with Lynette as class size is limited.
