Tapping into the body’s natural healing responses, this gentle and basic class blends focused breathing with movement to allow your body to become a more comfortable place to live. This class is specifically designed to help relieve persistent aches, pains and stiffness. It is especially helpful for those with chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, arthritis, back pain, headaches and other health imbalances. Within the class structure, the yoga instruction is individualized and modified to address each student’s needs.
Students are encouraged to listen to their own unique bodies, moving into their yoga practice slowly in ways that are both comfortable and strengthening.
