The Body Knows!

Yoga, for me, is not a matter of “doing” but is instead a practice in “seeing”. Using the body, breath, and mind as sites of seeing, the class will offer a combination of finely detailed asana along with pranayama, visualization, sound, and meditation.  The approach of this class will always remain gentle and adaptable while the practice could get progressively challenging and rigorous. Each session will attempt to orchestrate a condition of deep and reflective relaxation or sukha.
