Yoga to Reduce Stress, Balance Mood and Cultivate Calm
Join Julie Woodward for this focus on gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation practices to balance body, mind and spirit. Workshop participants will learn tools to relax stress, calm anxiety, and energize a depressed mood and will be supported in designing a home practice to meet individual needs. All levels welcome.
