For those prepared to work intensively in forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions. Extended posture sequences offer advanced practice in coordinating strength, flexibility, balance and awareness. These sequences, along with sun salutations, will regularly be accompanied by rhythmic music, which supports breath awareness and smooth transitions between poses.This class is appropriate for experienced students with a solid yoga foundation, who also know how to set up for inversions, and who appreciate the grace and fluidity gained from a strong and focused yoga practice.
